Instead of arriving at the correct address, my package was sent elsewhere, causing unnecessary delays. While the misdelivery was disappointing, I appreciate that Nailzy took responsibility and actively worked to resolve the issue. Their customer service team responded promptly, tracked down the package, and ensured it was redelivered. Though the delay was inconvenient, their willingness to assist and communicate throughout the process was reassuring. As for the product itself, it arrived in perfect condition once it was finally delivered. The packaging was intact, and the item met my expectations in terms of quality and performance.
