The app charges a $1 online ordering fee and automatically preselects an 18% tip at checkout. Customers have to manually change the tip amount. For a pickup order, this feels excessive and unnecessarily increases the total cost. Most coffee and bubble tea apps do not charge an extra fee just for mobile ordering.

使用 App 点单额外收取 1 美元 online order fee，结账时还默认选择 18% 小费，需要顾客自己手动修改。尤其是自取订单，这种层层加价的设计体验很差。很多咖啡和奶茶品牌的 App 都不会因为线上点单额外收费。
