The other vehicle was being driven by a 10-year-old child who had no driving license at all, which is clearly a serious violation of traffic law. However, despite this obvious fact, Najm assigned 100% fault to our driver and did not properly mention the issue of the child driving without a license. This decision felt very unfair and unprofessional. In situations like this, the assessment should be based purely on the facts of the accident and the law, not rushed conclusions. Driving without a license—especially by a child—is a major safety issue and should be clearly reflected in the report. I believe Najm officers need better training to investigate accidents carefully and objectively. Their role is to determine the real cause of the accident based on evidence, not overlook critical violations.
