App store shows it as up to date yet I am still unable to login ### 3/5 — Best Insurance *2025-04-02, version 2.3.31* Best ever. Insured my phone and in less than a month I got robbed. After submitting the necessary documentation, I received a voucher to get myself another phone minus the excess fee. Any smart company knows to make their apps backward compatible down to even iPhone 3 software, that’s how long people keep their phones here. Having to repetitively fill in the same data and repeat steps because the app has no context awareness apparently. At this stage I can’t even log in. A window chip took 2 weeks to get repaired! Then they just cancelled my cover without informing me Properly. The questions are easy to understand and the app is very user friendly wowwww I’m happy. Unfortunately, in less than a month of getting the phone, I got mugged and my phone was stolen. I put in a claim and was able to get a new phone in less than a week. Unfortunately one of our car was stolen in July , their claim procedure was quick and efficient, the claim was settled in August! We were on mutual federal and Outsurance before and they took over 3 months to settle claim! We cancelled all policies and switched, and got 10+ families and friends onboard!
