However if I need to manage subscriptions both app and website slowdown. You can't make changes easily. For the one time you're able to change (I added a new product to my subscription, it just cancelled my original order and charged shipping for my added product). It is by far the worst testing protein I have ever tasted. It arrived quickly and I was excited to try it. First off 2 scoops is a serving, which is a massive amount of powder to mix and it rapidly sediments out of the mix even if you use a blender. The powder that stays suspended is gritty and no matter what fruit or veg I added it remained gritty, bitter tasting and over all nasty. Don’t waste your money. ### 1/5 — Good products, bad system and bad customer service *2025-02-15, version 4.4* I initially chose Naked Nutrition because of their high-quality products, but my experience with their ordering system and customer service was extremely disappointing. Their system had a serious bug that placed multiple unauthorized orders totaling around $300 while I was asleep. When I reached out for a refund, their system encountered yet another issue, preventing them from processing it for over a week. Frustrated, I contacted my credit card company, disputed the charge, and received an immediate refund. A week later, Naked Nutrition emailed me, asking me to cancel the dispute so they could supposedly refund me “faster”—even though I had already been refunded instantly through my bank. This seemed highly questionable. I also reached out three separate times, asking for an explanation of how an order I never placed was processed in the first place. Each time, they either ignored me or dodged the question entirely. With such an unreliable system and poor customer service, I’ve decided never to purchase from them again.
