Vouchers are a scam don’t work *2026-03-24, version 7.2.0* Bought 2 grills this summer and there was 1 $100 voucher in each in a sealed pack with instructions for grill and when entered it just reloads and reloads and reloads. Doesn’t work via app and the app doesn’t have any clear instructions how to even navigate to enter the code . It doesn’t work on browser or lap tops ive tries 6 devices and support is far from helpful . “Would u like to have an agent contact you” yes “okay what is your email or phone number “ it is blank blank “okay well here’s a number to customer service “ like wth u can’t be serious ? ### 1/5 — Phil is not making me happy *2026-03-11, version 7.1.1* Poor customer service due to antiquated ordering system. This company has trouble dealing with people with multiple addresses. We tried to order wine for a party but our home in PA had restrictions. We originally ordered for our PA address but after the restrictions it defaulted back to our CA address. We caught the problem and contacted customer NO service 10’s later but was told that nothing could be done as the order was immediately picked at 0200 on a Sunday morning….lol…. Downright thieves I’ve canceled my subscription for two months now and I am still being charged $188 for a box I will never receive because I canceled my subscription. I have been up for hours trying to contact and email y’all just to get no response. Downright horrible customer service, dishonest ethics, downright thieves. They really thought they could charge my card and I wouldn’t notice. My account is still active. My card information is still on that account, but my subscription has been canceled. There is no reason for me to actively be charged for a subscription, I’m no longer a part of. I’ve been trying to delete my account, but that’s not even an option. I’ve changed my account settings with UPS and have emailed NakedWines THREE TIMES and called TWICE (with no answer) about having the UPS store hold the package until I can pick up on my own time. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received any emails back. I got a phone call (while I was at work), I could not answer and the agent literally said either call or email as if I haven't tried that already. They’ll take your money but can’t be bothered to get back with their customer who spent a good amount of money on their products. ### 1/5 — IT’S A SCAM *2020-10-26* I got a promo card for 6 bottles of discounted wine from a Crate & Barrel order for and decided to try it. First off, the wine was absolutely horrid. Out of 6 bottles, maybe 2 were decent. I googled the individual price points of all the wine and they were way cheaper than Naked’s advertised pre-discounted price. I obviously decided not to procure another order. THEN I JUST FOUND OUT THEY HAD SIGNED ME UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. They were not clear at all about that when I made the original purchase. I would have not gone through with it at all. I just saw on my credit card that they have been charging me $40/mo FOR MONTHS. Also, it is absolutely impossible to cancel on their website!!!! There is no option to cancel!!!!! Please, anyone who is buying into this, please stop. If you go down to your local wine store I’m certain they can curate a selection of $10-$20 bottles of wine for you that is far better than what this site is doing. I cannot believe I fell for this. Such a scam. ### 1/5 — One of the most inaccessible apps ever produced on the App Store *2020-10-11, version 6.6.1* The best you can say for this app is it is barely adequate. I am a totally blind user of voiceover on the iPhone. I use this app every month to purchase our wine and find it to be one of the worst apps in the Apple App Store. It doesn’t read lots of things and many of them are a statement which says “button button button”, not identifying the buttons. I have spoken of this before, but since you insist that I rate it again it’s still where it was it has not improved. When you go under the Ken tab you can see nothing. I’m speaking of using voice over with the iPhone. Please become accessible like the rest of the world would you? It is truly shameful to present this to people as it is. ### 2/5 — No longer a good value. *2025-11-16, version 6.13.40* Edit: they need to fix so many things, wines I’ve listed that I don’t like show up under suggestions. Their systems doesn’t work and I wish it wouldn’t have the fake matching. Also in view orders, please show the date not only order number. I go based on dates if I want to reorder wines. Otherwise I have to click to each one. Seems like a basic data point that always should be there. Prior review: Nice program supporting small wine makers. Need to improve app. I’ve discovered some wine I wouldn’t have otherwise tried. But the app needs to be improved especially on matching to what is like. For ex, for some reason it keeps feeding me Chardonnays even though I’ve marked a few that I don’t like but it classifies chards as crisp whites (?!). I like Sauvignon Blancs but somehow the app thinks I don’t like those. Very wrong matching system. Needs to be improved to give more sub styles or customize it more. It’s not working now and way off from what I like in spite of buying from them for over 2 years and me marking each wine with liked or not liked. ### 2/5 — Update *2025-08-26, version 6.13.35* With the new update it was very difficult to navigate.
