We were told this would show us what machines would be available in our building, nope it doesn’t. It would be nice to not have to constantly run up and down stairs to see what is available. The app is supposed to also show you how much time is left on a load, sometimes it does. When getting close to done it sends you an alert which I appreciate but apparently most people in my building don’t get it and still leave laundry in the machines ### 2/5 — Why ads?? *2025-03-02, version 2.27.3* For some reason, the app runs Ads after every use. To reload you you put cash in dollars tens fives. If you lost the card you had to buy another. So this system I can just reload on the app digitally and no extra fees. Through the app I get notified also when my laundry is done which is so perfect since I live on the top floor and laundry room is in the basement. But the official amount is different on the backend. It wouldn't matter except that this causes an issue with the way you've coded the UI to use the incorrect value for determining whether to show an error message that blocks you from scanning the machine's QR code again. This then puts the user in a situation where they have to add $10 more just to be able to access their funds and start the machine again. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-03-18, version 2.27.3* Your constantly logged out and the password reset doesnt work. they sell ADS on your laundry app that they make you get. i lost $25 dollars and no one is getting back to me about my account ### 1/5 — Full of ads *2026-02-08, version 2.27.3* Why are there ads in a service I pay for. ### 1/5 — Dumb idea *2025-12-11, version 2.27.3* You just added way more steps to the laundry process and required tenants to have a smartphone and be able to use a mediocre app to wash their clothes. This is no big deal for me because I’m young, but I work with people over the age of 50 every day. That population is going to struggle to be able to use these machines with this app, if they even have smart phones. Worst part is, this app was probably designed with the hope that when I move out of this apartment I forget about the $20 I have in the app and yall get free money. ### 1/5 — The worst app I’ve ever used *2025-06-02, version 2.27.3* This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used. The adds are so spammy, the UI is terrible, the timer function almost never works. It is so bad I hate it so much. I can’t do two loads of laundry without watching 4 ads. ### 1/5 — Landlords, please do not use *2023-06-26, version 2.19.1* Landlords, please do not subject your residents to this awful app. My building switched to this a few years ago and I’ve had multiple frustrating issues, including being double charged for cycles, getting locked out of my account and having to make a new one, and having to delete and reinstall the app because it wouldn’t connect to the machine. Not to mention the full page ads that pop up every time you do something in the app. It is not worth the supposed “convenience.” Not only that, but the machines can ONLY be used via the app and don’t accept cards/quarters…so enjoy troubleshooting while you have a load of wet laundry in the washer.
