### 5/5 — Dr. Devon Allen

*2023-04-21, version 12.16.106*

My husband and I both had a visit with Dr. Allen and she is fantastic. Very thorough, professional and caring about what is going on with her patients. We will definitely be seeing her again if the need arises and she is available.

### 5/5 — Greatest since slice bread.

*2023-02-19, version 12.16.106*

Was in my car , ready to head to an urgent care. There I would have to wait and be around people who have the flu, covid etc. Then I remembered this from the NALC. What a Godsend. Since I had this before, I knew what I needed. Doctor prescribed exactly what I needed. Cheaper, and more efficient than Urgentcare.

I am very grateful and impressed at the prompt service the NALCHBP Telehealth offered to me today! I was happy to be able to personally select a doctor based on their bio provided. I feel I selected a doctor based on MY needs. I loved that I could send pics/current video of my ailment so the doctor could view my condition too. What a wonderful convenient service! My condition was assessed and treatment was promptly recommended. The experience gave me an immediate piece of mind that I was going to be OK. Thank you!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — NOT UP TO DATE

*2024-11-08, version 12.21.103*

Warning! I used this service and was charged A-LOT because the provider was NOT IN NETWORK with NALC health insurance plan. I’m not sure why they would have a provider on the app, available for a session, who was not in network with the insurance. When I called customer service, they said I can only get Telehealth from the Cigna website and this App is outdated with its providers. HEADS UP IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE CHARGED EXCESSIVE AMOUNT. don’t use this app and go to Cigna website for Telehealth services. I wish someone told me this before using the app.

### 1/5 — Get ready to spend hours waiting

*2024-10-07, version 12.21.103*

I have spent hours waiting with a sick kid for a physician that never shows up just to get transferred to wait for another doctor that never shows up then transferred again. All while their profiles say that they are available. I have even waited over an hour for a physician just to be notified that that doctor doesn’t see pediatrics.

This app makes being sick just that much more difficult.

### 1/5 — Rude Dr

*2023-10-25, version 12.16.106*

Don’t use this app. The first two doctors I tried to have a visit with hung up on me and the third felt like it was an interrogation when I just need something for my cough and a note for work.

### 1/5 — Forced to telehealth

*2023-05-20, version 12.16.106*

I am a type 1 diabetic who takes insulin everyday

I forgot my medicine at home, and while I am elsewhere for 2 days, I wanted to pickup a small script refill to last me until I get home.

I was forced to see a new doctor and pay $68 (my union insurance didn’t come up as “accepted”) for them to write me the same script I already have. I’ve taken insulin for a decade, this is all the same information, but they forced me to get a new script and visit a new telehealth doctor at 9am to ask for a new temporary refill/small script. Very frustrating, as I have to pay this fee for doctor and now also pay my copay at the pharmacy

### 1/5 — No neurologists available

*2022-05-16, version 12.10.003*

The title says it all. This just offers general doctors and hardly any specialists.

### 1/5 — incompetent doctors, bad service

*2021-07-06, version 12.6.006*

Because it’s included in the insurance I had to call them 3 times. 1st time they send me to emergency room and there was a waste of time and money. 2nd time they send my wife to emergency room and we did not go and I called Teladoc, paying 75 w/o insurance and their doctor quickly identified the problem and prescribed medication and he was right. 3rd time a called about my child and doctor sent us to emergency and I did 2nd opinion again with Teladoc. And Teladoc was right again. Doctors in this NaLC health app are incompetent, waste of time and money. I deleted app after 3rd time suggestion for emergency room. It’s just awful. I can also be a doctor like that. Anybody calls me and I just send him to emergency room

### 3/5 — I can no longer click on the sick slips (doctor’s notes) anymore.

*2026-05-23, version 12.23.000*

Please fix this. As this is the main reason I continue to use this app. I can’t even email my own email to get the doctor’s note.

### 5/5 — Thankful

*2025-12-09, version 12.22.400*

I found Doctor Davison to be patient and extremely helpful. At no moment did I feel like she was trying to pressure me into any particular type of remedy. She really asked me thoroughly every question she needed to in order to figure out my case. This is the second time I’ve used NALC Telehealth and again I’m extremely pleased with the service.

### 5/5 — Great Online Tool

*2025-10-25, version 12.22.400*

The Doctor I saw was very professional and succinct. Being able to see a doctor online was a great convenience and time saver. Time is my most precious commodity.

### 5/5 — Way better then going into Urgent Care

*2025-06-26, version 12.22.200*

I have used TeleHealth on multiple occasions, every time has been quick. The doctors, NP, or PA have been professional and understanding. The appointments are thorough, but quick. There is generally less then 7 minutes of wait time to be seen. It costs less then an actual visit. It’s so convenient, especially when you are sick and don’t want to leave your residence just to wait in an Urgent Care for who knows how long. I definitely recommend using TeleHealth!

### 5/5 — Wait time

*2024-03-07, version 12.20.009*

I was very disappointed with the network today. I waited 30 minutes and was switched to 3 doctors to end up not seeing any of them. Ended up canceling and going back on to see another doctor which finally helped me out.

Dr Khan has a great bedside manner and provides great advice. Will always request him when he is on duty.
