Ich musste heute Morgen feststellen, dass sie immer noch nicht die Bus Verfolgung geändert haben und es nicht getrackt wird, sondern es mit der Zeit verrechnet wird😢

### 1/5 — Peinlich: (Dienst-)Leistung aus dem Jahr 2000

Der Verkehrsverbund ist einfach nur peinlich und absolut nicht zeitgemäß:
Ich habe aktuell keine Möglichkeit, online einen Einzelfahrschein im Verkehrsverbund zu erwerben (lediglich die teureren Tagestickets). Was soll das?
Im DB Navigator ist der Verkehrsverbund ebenfalls nicht hinterlegt (inzwischen ist dies bei jedem anderen Verkehrsverbund der Fall).
Und was soll das mit der „neuen“ App? Das ist einfach die vom Land BW (-Tarif).

der neue Ticketshop in der naldo-App ist seit heute, 30.06.2026. verfügbar. Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie Ihn nutzen und uns eine entsprechende Bewertung hinterlassen!

Wir haben gemeinsam mit den App-Entwicklern von bwegt die neue naldo-App bewusst auf der bereits bewährten Landeslösung aufgebaut, um ein einheitliches Look-and-Feel und eine gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung voranzutreiben. Das schafft Synergien und spart Zeit und Kosten - was letztlich auch dem Endkunden nur entgegenkommen kann. Parallel setzen wir mit einer eigenen naldo-App weiterehin auf einen engen Kontakt zu unseren KundInnen und auf die Platzierung aktueller Infos und Meldungen aus dem naldo-Netz (Störungen, Tarifinfos, Termine, etc). 

Seit langem schon verhindern die von der Deutschen Bahn geforderten hohen Vertriebsprovisionen, die bei 5-7 Prozent der Fahrscheinkosten liegen,  die Freischaltung der naldo-Tarife im DB-Navigator. Das ist eine Größenordnung, die wir gerade angesichts der rasant ansteigenden Kosten für Energie, Inflation und Personal ungern unseren Verkehrsunternehmen entziehen möchten. Dennoch finden auch hier Gespräche statt.

Bezahlvorgang viel zu kompliziert und dann ist eine Bezahlung nicht möglich egal bei welcher Bezahlmethode.

tatsächlich wird der in-App-Ticketshop für die Gelegenheitstickets erst im Sommer dieses Jahre in der neuen naldo-App in Betrieb gehen. Wir werden entsprechend vroab informieren. Uns ist bewusst, dass das Fehlen des mobilen Ticketshops im Moment ein Problem darstellt, mit dem wir unseren Kunden einiges zumuten. Wir bitten um Verständnis.

Da ich italienischer Abstammung bin ist die Systemsprache meines Handys Italienisch. Englisch kann ich kaum. Dennoch erscheint die App nur in englischer Sprache und lässt sich trotz hierfür vorhandenem Menü weder auf Deutsch geschweige denn auf Italienisch umstellen. So ist sie für mich nicht verwendbar.

Ich bin positiv überrascht, v.A, dass das Thema Accessibility bei der Entwicklung mit bedacht wurde. Ganz nice wäre jetzt noch ein sauberes Handling der Haltestellennamen. Derzeit werden bei Zugverbindungen Namen der Bushaltestellen anstatt der Bahnhöfe angezeigt. Das kann verwirrend sein.

Das von Ihnen beschriebene Problem ist eine Folge der Einfeldeingabe. Unsere IT-Entwickler prüfen aktuell noch mögliche Lösungsansätze. Ganz und gar lässt sich das Problem aber vrsl. nicht oder nicht auf die Schnelle beheben. Wir arbeiten jedoch fortlaufend daran auch die neue App weiter zu verbessern und nehmen entsprechende Hinweise immer gerne auf.

Auch die neue App hat bislang keinen Ticketshop. Da hätte ich mir lieber gewünscht, dass man diesen in der alten App repariert. Funktionalität weicht in der neuen kaum von der alten App ab. Rest ist Optik.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der neuen App: Schönes Design, intuitive Benutzung. Besonders Klasse: Echtzeitposition der Fahrzeuge - das funktioniert beim RSV top (da weiß man ob man mit rennen auch „unmögliche“ Verbindungen erreicht 😉)
Auch gleich schon genutzt: Scooter Standorte; die Bündelung in einer App ist super komfortabel.
Wenn umsetzbar: Liniennummern auf den Fahrzeugen anzeigen, nicht erst nach Klick darauf, das vereinfacht Übersicht in Innenstadt (viele Busse sichtbar)
