## What is NAMA PORTAL?

Nama Portal is the employee self-service app for your workplace. Submit a request, watch it move through approval, and get an answer — without paper forms, phone calls, or chasing anyone down the corridor.

WHAT YOU CAN REQUEST

• Annual leave — pick your dates, see your remaining balance before you send
• Overtime — log extra hours, daily or as a monthly summary
• Salary advance and loans — submit the amount and repayment terms
• Attendance correction — fix a missed or wrong check-in
• Family visa — start the paperwork from your phone
• Suggestions and complaints — raise anything to management directly

FOLLOW EVERY APPROVAL STEP

Each request moves through a clear, multi-stage approval route. You can see exactly which stage it is at, who it is waiting on, and when each step was completed — so you are never left wondering whether it was received.

If you approve requests for your team, they arrive in one list. Approve or return them with a note, from anywhere.

STAY IN TOUCH

Built-in team messaging with voice notes and file sharing, so a quick question does not need a separate app. Notifications tell you the moment something you submitted changes status.

WORKS THE WAY YOUR TEAM DOES

Arabic-first with full right-to-left support, and available in six languages — Arabic, English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Bengali — so everyone uses it in their own language.

Sign in with a password, a quick-unlock PIN, or Face ID. Sessions are bound to your device and can be revoked centrally at any time.
