However, there are still some unresolved issues that need immediate attention. One major problem is that we are unable to share the recharge receipt after making a payment. When clicking the share button, it either shows “Share Failed” or displays a blank page. I have been complaining to management since 1 PM, but there has been no restoration of water until now. I have till date not been able to figure out a tab that takes me directly to my balance. One has to start paying for the prepaid and only then can you see what balance is left. Why not have a tab which shows what is the amount left.
