I would like to request you to kindly arrange to include an option in the mobile application to view the current meter reading / running meter status / electricity units consumed against the corresponding amount.

This feature will help customers track their consumption more effectively and manage their usage in real time.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could consider this enhancement in the upcoming updates.

I have been complaining to management since 1 PM, but there has been no restoration of water until now. This has caused serious inconvenience, and I request immediate action to restore water and ensure such incidents do not happen in the future.

تتسابق الشركات لتصميم افضل التطبيقات واضافة جميع خدماتها واستخدام الذكاء الصناعي في التطبيق.

تطبيقكم يحتاج الى اعادة تصميم من الصفر، الواجهة سيئة والخدمات محدودة والبطئ في الاستخدام.

نأمل ونتأمل ونحلم بأن يتم استبدال التطبيق بآخر احترافي تفخروا ونفخر به.

برنامج ما يشتغل كما الناس و لا ارى منه اي فائدة مع انه دفعنا عدة مرات ويسحب من البنك الا انه البرنامج لا زال مصر على انه المبالغ غير مدفوعه يجب ان يحدث البرنامج لكي يستطيع المستخدمين التعامل فيه باريحيه.

The Nama application is a great innovation for the electricity sector and has made many services more convenient for users. However, there are still some unresolved issues that need immediate attention. One major problem is that we are unable to share the recharge receipt after making a payment. When clicking the share button, it either shows “Share Failed” or displays a blank page. This issue has been happening for a long time, and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible to improve the user experience.

Though I have figured my way mostly around the app but I must say that it too counter intuitive. I have till date not been able to figure out a tab that takes me directly to my balance. One has to start paying for the prepaid and only then can you see what balance is left. Why not have a tab which shows what is the amount left. Also, when one tries to update the app ( which you don’t have a choice whether you want to at that time or not) nothing sees to happen at least the 2.1.9
