We are foreigners residing as long-term guests in Korea for 3+ years. Please consider reinstating the option to top up balances electronically with a foreign Visa card. NAMANE is heavily used by tourists and long-term residents alike; Visa cards are the most common on the planet, and removing that option no longer makes this card much better than WOW or T-Money if the only way to reload is with cash. I would gladly pay extra processing fees for the convenience & believe others would too. Thank you!

This was the only card at the time I could recharge using my device. But now they’ve limited the ways to top up. Why can’t I use a Korean card at all? Why no Naver Pay or Kakao Pay? A few months ago you could! Why give customers fewer options now

14세 미만인데요 부모님이 이거 아트박스에서 사주셔서 별 생각 없이 샀는데 너무 좋습니더💥
근데 틱톡에서 보기에는 온라인 결제가 가능하다고 알려져 있는데요~제꺼 나마네 앱 화면에는 온라인결제가 없어요..ㅠㅠ
그래서 카톡으로 문의 넣을려고 “나마네카드 온라인결재 가능하나요?ᩚ ”라고 쳤는데 챗봇이 나와서 ㅎㅎ 일단 이것 때문에3점 주겠습니더

支払いはできるのに、アプリ開いても何故かログインできないことが多い。時間が経ってからできる時があり、交通分から買い物用に金額移動するのにすぐに出来なくてイライラします。

It’s been now almost a month and I can’t reload my card with either mobile payment or debit card payment!! It keeps saying that service is unavailable?! What’s happening with this app?!

visaが使えないのも不便だし、ソウルで支払いができない場所が多すぎる。送金だけしてゴミ箱行きです。

아직 카드를 쓴지 2개월 좀 넘었는데 너무 좋아요! 투바투 콘서트 가서 샀는데 앱도 깔끔하고 너무 좋습니다! 근데 단점이 있다면 다른 계좌에서 이 계좌에 돈을 넣을려면 1만원 부터 입금이 되서 그게 조금 아쉬웠어요! ㅠㅠ 이거 빼곤 다 좋은것 같습니다! 최애가 카드에 있어서 카드 쓸때 기분도 좋아요!! 다음에 되먼 다른 카드도 만들어볼게요!❤️

이번에 나마네 카드가 새로 업뎃 된거는 좋은 것 같아요 근데 앱 들어갈때 계정 로그인 아이디 입력햐야 하는거 좀 번거로울것 같아요.. 그래도 나머지는 괜찮네용.. 돈 충전 페이코도 됐으면 좋았을것 같아요
