Заказала еду, все подтвердилось. Захожу в приложение, а приложение пишет временно сервис недоступен по техническим причинам 🗿

Last time I used the app a couple of years ago and it was nice and worked well. However, today I decided to try again… and it was a disaster. First of all, I ordered via the app without registration and only after that I decided to sign up to track my order. But the order disappeared after the registration. The support explained that the issue was because of putting order first and then doing the registration. After that, it was discovered that there was a mistake in the delivery address. Funny things, the app had identified my address automatically and I only added the apartment number manually. But, for unknown reasons, the apartment number was used as a another part of my address. Obviously, I could not see the error due to the firstly described issue. I feel the app has degraded and I have never ever use it again

Заказ приходится ждать больше 2х часов! И когда звонишь долго ждать пока ответят и не предоставляют номер курьеров. За один маленький заказ поменялись 2-3 курьера! Ужас!

как курьеры в глово успевают доставить заказ в течение часа на велике?? а курьеры в намбафуд на машинах, как будто идут с заказом и просто гуляют и только в течение 3 часов доставят. мне ещё оператор говорит что из за пробки, заказ длится больше 2 часов, я говорю не можете чуть побыстрее? оператор как будто злится, говорит мне «в 2гис зайдите, там вы можете посмотреть какие пробки у нас!!!» 🤣🤣

через 20 мин„ но курьер c Namba food
ехал за ним наверное на роликах...
После двух часов ожидания нет ни
курьера, ни нашего заказа.
Мы давние клиенты Namba food, видимо
деградирует спужба доставки
Никому не советуем..
Пустая трата времени, нервов и денег

Ждём еду уже 1,5 часа. Курьер до сих пор не забрал заказ в кафе. На вопросы группа поддержки отвечает стандартными скопированными сообщениями. Несерьёзный подход к работе 👎

Вопрос: Зачем оформлять ранний заказ если по любому опаздывают? Доставка очень поздняя.  
За 2 часа заказываешь полюбому опаздывают.

Все заведения с отличными оценками, а по итогу привозят ужасную еду, не соответствующую фото и описанию…плохие оценки не учитывают в рейтинге, а отзывы о виде и качестве еды публикуют либо без оценки, либо вообще умалчивают о них! Отвратительное отношение!

Что написано в приложении : но долго ждать вам не придется! Максимальное время доставки еды Намба Фуд - это всего 1 час, за которые мы успеваем доставить блюдо даже в самые отдаленные районы Бишкека. По итогу уже не в первый раз приходится ждать больше час. Сейчас я уже полтора часа жду. Вообще не серьезно относиться к своим же словам.
