Name the Countries

Name the Countries is the geography game you play with your voice. Tap Listen and start saying countries, in any order, as fast as you can. Each one lights up on the world map with a ding, and the map glides over to show you where it is. ALL 196 COUNTRIES Every UN member, plus Vatican City, Palestine and Taiwan. Race your best time, or take it slowly. Ask "how many are left in Africa?" and it tells you. A NEW DAILY CHALLENGE, EVERY DAY Every country in South America in 75 seconds. Countries starting with C. Every country bordering China. Landlocked countries. The 20 most populous. A 60-second sprint. Everyone gets the same puzzle, so you can compare. BEAT YOUR FRIENDS See how you stacked up against everyone who played, share your result, and open your friends' results links to build a leaderboard. No spoilers: their answers only unlock once you've played. 37 ACHIEVEMENTS Name the world in under 15 minutes. Every country in Europe back to back. All seven Stans in a row. A whole continent from memory with the map switched off. Play streaks, speed bursts and a few secret ones. TALK TO THE MAP "Go to Africa." "Show me the Caribbean." "Zoom out." Over 30 regions, from the Balkans to the Horn of Africa. MADE FOR LEARNING Tap a continent to see what you've got. Sort your countries by the order you named them (with the time you got each one), alphabetically, by size or by population. Prefer to type? You can, any time, and switch between typing and voice mid-game. Works offline too. Daily reminder optional. Back up your progress with a code and bring it to a new phone. No ads, no accounts.
