No instructions on screen as claimed, wouldn’t recognise its own QR code, and won’t recognise any documents in good lighting. A useless app which I will try to encourage my new company to scrap as part of the onboarding. Frustrating and awful. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t recognise UK passports *2024-11-15, version 4.26.3* I tried a dozen times to scan my UK passport, and it just didn’t recognise it as a valid ID. Probably works ace in the USA, I bet! ### 1/5 — Literally doesn’t work… *2024-08-02* This app has proven to be a mediocre choice for HubSpot as a means of identity verification. The app constantly gives me a network error, and opening a link from the app never opens the app clip.
