## What is Namflix?

Namflix is an evidence-based sleep app — simple, calm, and boring on purpose.

Instead of grabbing your attention, Namflix is built to let it go:

• A library of sleep sounds you can layer yourself: rain, waves, white noise, night, soft fire.
• Breathing, body scan and progressive muscle relaxation — all clinically grounded.
• "Boring on Purpose" — the cognitive shuffle, dull imagery and paradoxical intention, to quiet a racing mind.
• Night Rescue: a near-dark mode built for the 3 a.m. wake-up, when most apps have nothing for you.
• A 14-night CBT-I program, a sleep-window calculator, and a personal map of what actually works for you.
• No sign-up and no account — just open it. Full Arabic and English, and a warm dark theme that is easy on night-time eyes.
• No ads, no trackers, minimal data.

FREE FOREVER
Breathing, the cognitive shuffle, Night Rescue, the Boring on Purpose hub and six ambient sounds are free — no sign-up, no trial, no card.
