## What is NaMinhaRua Lx?

A app “Na Minha Rua Lx” permite ao Munícipe o reporte de ocorrências na via pública, em habitação e equipamentos municipais, incentivando a participação do Munícipe na gestão da cidade.

A utilização da app requer o acesso à localização do dispositivo para georreferenciar as ocorrências a reportar.

Caso não pretenda utilizar esta funcionalidade poderá utilizar outros meios alternativos, através um equipamento desktop (pc/portátil/tablet) acedendo à aplicação na página web em https://naminharualx.cm-lisboa.pt/ ou através do atendimento municipal (opção 1 de 800 910 211 / 218 170 552 de segunda a sábado das 8 às 20 horas).

A app suporta o login por registo de novo utilizador e por Facebook.

App inútil que não segue os modelos básicos de acessibilidade, que vai abaixo a meio do processo de preenchimento de formulário com muita frequência, e que deveria ser um formulário básico online.

crashes all the time. reporting of issues therefore not possible.

The app works does what it is intended to do and they did a good job of implementing the Open311 standard (whether the resolution is satisfactory from the citizen perspective is a whole different story). 

However the workflow for submitting an issue is clunky, the app crashes every now and the and it has vast room for improvement, specially around performing queries of other submitted issues by other people and how these are presented.
