App inútil que não segue os modelos básicos de acessibilidade, que vai abaixo a meio do processo de preenchimento de formulário com muita frequência, e que deveria ser um formulário básico online.

The app works does what it is intended to do and they did a good job of implementing the Open311 standard (whether the resolution is satisfactory from the citizen perspective is a whole different story). 

However the workflow for submitting an issue is clunky, the app crashes every now and the and it has vast room for improvement, specially around performing queries of other submitted issues by other people and how these are presented.
