I filed a complaint regarding a PWD issue through this app over two weeks ago, and it has remained in “Pending” status ever since, with no updates or action taken.

This isn’t the first time I’ve faced this problem. I had raised the same complaint in February, but it was closed without any resolution, simply marking it as a “Test Case.” The actual issue still exists.

An app like this should ensure complaints are properly verified and resolved instead of being left pending or closed incorrectly. There needs to be better accountability, transparency, and timely action from the concerned departments.
