Of India and NCRTC for launching RRTS and the so beautiful and easy to understand UI. Please give the update at paar as, as soon as I login to the app, it asks for the update wherein developers have added new features but when I launch the update, it says the app is already updated. Kindly look through the bug. Regards, RRTS Connect Team ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2026-06-18* I exited from gate no 2 from Sahibabad station, the next morning I reached the same metro, my card wasn’t working, I showed customer care and they said we need to reset your card, and you’ll need to pay 210/- for the same . I asked them for a receipt and they denied. Ive even charged my card 2 times 1000/- rupee and it was not recharged. But I didn’t get my money back, where is my money going ? ### 1/5 — SCAM through NAMO BHARAT APP *2025-11-09* I planned my journey from Ramesh Nagar to Meerut South and purchased a ticket, and when I reached Anand Vihar Namo Bharat Station. It says time exceed for entry, and then when I searched. I had to know that after purchasing ticket through this app, we can enter within two hours of purchasing the ticket. These people are collecting people money through this corruption and doing no solution in exchange of their money. They could return money in the app wallet, but they’re not doing. They’re saying that your money has gone waste within the same day of purchase of the ticket. ### 1/5 — Communication not communicating *2025-05-22* 21 May 2024 train departed from Anand Vihar @ near 9pm and announcement happens DUE TO TECHNICAL REASON WE GET DELAY All passengers waiting at Anand Vihar station from near 7-45 pm and train started at 9pm then reached Sahibabad at near 9-30pm then Ghaziabad at near 10 pm but no staff give exact information about delay as it’s coz of Storm and thunder tree lying on Track at near station of Duhai and Modinagar south . Really very pathetic and unmeaningful reason of Communication , if Communicate at Anand Vihar then one can plan the journey as per schedule. Untrained and unmatured staff ### 1/5 — Horrible tracking *2025-05-21* Despite using all such latest technology, they are utterly failing in keeping fix timings . On top of that many a times, there is no announcement on modinagar north station for the upcoming train. No one can track the train and know exactly when it is supposed to come. Despite putting so much of taxpayer’s money , you have failed in providing the requisite services. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2024-07-17* I was at guldhar metro station. App suggestest me the nearest metro station is Sahibabad and I end up booking the ticket from there and not able board a train at guldar metro station. And after that when I went back to book the ticket again from correct metro station it is showing me that you already have an active journey so you can’t book a ticket 🙃 ### 2/5 — Not a good app *2025-01-12* While booking ticket, phone keyboard doesn’t open after recent update. I have raise this complaint, but they have marked my complaint as closed without fixing it. I have tried reinstalling app, doesn’t work. Overall app have good features but it doesn’t works as promised. Still people giving 5 star to this app. I doubt these reviews are paid or done by fan following of current government. ### 3/5 — [ URGENT ]UPI Payment Experience on iOS Needs Improvement *2026-08-26* UPI payments on iOS are unnecessarily complicated. Typing the UPI ID, switching to the UPI app, approving the payment, and coming back is a headache. A direct “Pay via UPI App” option would make payments much faster and more convenient. ### 3/5 — Absolute ill train tracking system *2025-10-03* Apart from all the good and seem less ticketing system app fails to provide an accurate train tracking system, with this service the feature is an absolute failure ### 3/5 — Login issue *2025-07-18* Why this app requires to login again after every 24hrs and also dont saves UPI details i have to manually enter upi details for every transactions ….. The Delhi–Meerut stretch that used to take over 2 hours is now less than an hour. Huge win for daily commuters. Soft seats, plenty of legroom, and a clean, modern vibe. There’s even Wi-Fi and charging points at every seat. If you’re up for a little extra comfort, this one’s worth trying. Feels almost like a business class lounge on rails! Clear announcements, security cameras, priority seating—it feels safe and welcoming for everyone. Fully electric and designed with sustainability in mind.
