The rewards points is set up in a way that you need to hit 200 points exact to be able to redeem. How likely is that? If the points say accumulate to 201, then they upgrade your member level and deduct 200 points off. The most amazing thing, once you reach the highest member level, and your points stops at 199, and then payment is declined. What a wonderful design. I am a software engineer, if this is a bug, then the developer needs to be fired.
