No information to contact the store. Placed an order and no confirmation. No history. Called store and they have no record. Don’t bother with this app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-01-18* Food is great but you can't get it from the app. I can't even finish putting things in the cart because it's constantly hanging and freezing. ### 1/5 — Please fix the app *2025-08-16* There is serious bug in this app that needs to be fixed, otherwise it is almost like a scam. The rewards points is set up in a way that you need to hit 200 points exact to be able to redeem. How likely is that? If the points say accumulate to 201, then they upgrade your member level and deduct 200 points off. The most amazing thing, once you reach the highest member level, and your points stops at 199, and then payment is declined. What a wonderful design. I am a software engineer, if this is a bug, then the developer needs to be fired.
