Firstly so I can earn points as I’m a regular customer. Secondly I want to use the app to preorder so I dummy have to waste time waiting at the restaurant if I go and order on person. I have tried many times to pl order online through the app but I kept getting payment failed. I have tried deleting the credit card and RE entering the information. Same error. No one at the store knows how to solve this issue or go I can contact to fix the issue. It’s super ignoring as the wait time for my food at the restaurant is long especially if they are busy.
