## What is NanaFrame?

You take a photo of your child. It appears on grandma's home screen widget — no app for her to open, nothing for her to tap.

■ Zero setup for grandparents
Set up her phone once, together, in five minutes. Point her camera at a big QR code and she is connected. No account. No password. No typing. Ever.
After that, her only action in the whole app is one big heart. That's it.

■ Built for older eyes and hands
Large type, high contrast, and a heart button you cannot miss. No menus, no settings, no notifications to dismiss on her side.

■ Send once, every grandparent gets it
Invite both grandmas, grandpa, and your co-parent to one private family. One send reaches every home screen.
Send up to 10 photos at once as a single moment, add a short caption, or schedule it to arrive later.

■ Private to your family. Truly.
There is no public feed, no discovery, no share links, no profiles. Photos of your child are visible only to the family members you invited.
Photos are stored privately and are only ever fetched through short-lived signed links. Location metadata (EXIF) is stripped from every photo.
Delete a photo and it is gone — from storage, from delivery, and from their widget. Remove a family member and their access ends immediately.
