## What is Nanci by Lean6Health?

Nanci is an application that helps your care teams monitor your recovery while you get better from home. By answering questions specific to your procedure, your doctors and care teams can catch any possible complications earlier. This will ensure you get better faster, feel supported in your recovery, and that any complications are caught early, saving lives and reducing additional issues for patients.

This update includes major design improvements, new flows, and key functionality enhancements:

- Overhauled Account section, featuring new flows for improved profile management.
- Refactored chat navigation, now aligned with the new tab-based design.

New features:
- Getting ready protocols: Doctors can now assign protocols so that patients can prepare and be ready for their medical procedures.
 
Enhancements:
- Chat: the chat is activated as soon as the patient is discharged and the doctor can send messages from the web.
- General: a prompt has been implemented to notify users a new app version is available to install.

Bugs fixed:
- Chat: in some devices the font size in chats was is being cut off.
- Chat: some lex responses adjustments to facilitate user experience with chat.
- Chat: messages couldn't be sent to the chat after a certain period.
- Chat: After finishing a protocol, the chat disappeared.
- Chat: when re-installing the app, it automatically logged in but it didn't load any chats.
- Chat: when a protocol was activated, if the patient clicked on the push notification, they were redirected to the chat and it appears “not started” message, the patient must clicked on "back" in the chat to activate the protocol and be able to see it.
- Chat: sometimes the "welcome message" was being duplicated.
- Survey: the last letter of the selected button’s text is removed. This occured specifically with the "Yes" and "No" buttons.
- Profile: After creating a patient, when a user edited the patient and assigned a delegate, in the profile section the delegate takes a long time to appear.

Enhancements: 
Rate experience: added more time to display the rating screen after finishing the protocol. 
Chat feature: messages sent during protocol execution are displayed in real-time. 
Bugs fixed: 
Notifications: users are now notified every time an engagement is triggered. 
Notifications: users receive notifications every time their doctor sends a message through the chat.  
Notifications: when clicking push notifications, they redirect the user to the correct chat screen. 
Onboarding: the bug was fixed when trying to change the temporary password. 
Onboarding: sometimes a blank screen appears during the onboarding process.  
Emails: emails for recovering the password are arriving.  
Emails: emails for registering as a provider are arriving. 
Protocols: sometimes "take a photo" action didn´t work properly. 
Protocols: unpublished protocols were able to be assigned to patients.
