Only ate half, only to make room for a small veggie stuffed crust pizza! The Italian beef sandwich was tasty! Next came our pizza! Silence!!! So so good! The pizza was loaded with veggies and cheese. The sauce and parm atop was just the right amount for a pizza! Really enjoyed our first experience! Our waiter was Ryan. Ryan made the dining experience relaxing with bits of humor! Thanks Nancy’s! I had a personal stuffed pizza filled with fresh garlic, chicken breast, jalapeños, onions, Roma tomatoes and mozzarella cheese at the Roswell, Georgia, location, and it was one of the best pizzas that I have ever had. More than that, it brought back fond memories from my college days of enjoying deep dish pizza with friends on Rush Street in Chicago. My server this afternoon, Arlette, was a friendly and courteous young lady who made helpful suggestions and provided attentive service throughout my dining experience. I definitely recommend this restaurant, and this location in particular. Their app is the absolute worst among local and national competitors and is what prevents me from ordering more often. Issues - all related to “ORDER” screen • incompatible with native iOS autofill (it thinks every field is asking for a password and doesn’t differentiate between phone number/credit card/email/etc inputs) • no back button • annoying pop ups about the store being closed that block the store selection button if you are trying to order at a different location than usual while your usual is closed ### 2/5 — Poor Service *2024-09-14, version 1.2* We live 1.5 hours away from the Litchfield IL location, but we love the pizza so much that we make the trip several times a year & stay next door at the Hampton hotel. My husband & I are 56 years old & never been so offended when we were told we are being cut off after 13 beers - 5 for me and 7 for my husband. We showed the waitress our room key showing we were staying next door & not driving. The whole evening she was short with us & in a hurry, but tried to understand - but they were not even busy. We were quiet, friendly and not doing anything wrong. The waitress just decided in her “opinion”, we had too much. It won’t allow me to pay in the app anymore. It also no longer automatically selects the location I have set as my location for pickup. It makes me scroll to the bottom to find my location to select.
