I’ve lived in Chicago for years and there were a lot of restaurants and unique places I’d never heard of before. Food and bars were all great. Cool that it’s neighborhood focused too! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Super buggy *2021-01-27* The app hardly works without crashing, the sign up process is a mess, everything is behind a paywall that you can’t access in the app, I’m logged out any time I open the app, and there’s zero customizability in what I want to see. **Developer response:** Hey Max11721 - We're sorry you've been experiencing issues with the app. We're always doing what we can to fix bugs and improve the experience. When I try to click manage my account from a web browser, the page won’t load. The only way to contact Nande is through an email account that appears to go nowhere. I can’t find a phone number anywhere to contact the company. Do not sign up for this app unless you are willing to pay for it for the rest of your life **Developer response:** Hey Sunnyside828 - You're totally in the right here and I wanted to let you know that we patched the bug that was preventing you from managing your account from the Nande website. It is a great, comprehensive list without being too overwhelming. Would love to see a guide with suggestions for limited mobility activities (requiring the least amount of walking for when older or disabled folks come to visit). I’ve lived in Chicago for most of my life, but I find Nande helps me discover a new area of the city with a great guide on how to explore that area best. I use it often when I have family coming in town because it will give us a plan for the whole day. Without Nande, I would have never discovered The Plant, which is now a place my wife and I return to any chance we get. ### 5/5 — Awesome Chicago Recs *2021-12-24* Nande is a such a great source of inspiration for activities in Chicago including dining, parks/walks, neighborhood tours, coffee spots, exhibits, shows, and so much more. I’ve lived in Chicago for over a decade and Nande has suggestions of things off the beaten path that are keep the city new and exciting to me. It is pretty difficult to come up with nee outings for myself or my partner. Nande offers extremely detailed and diverse notes on restaurants, bars, and other venues. Not to mention the concierge service! I asked about bars with good non-alcoholic options and got a quick, in-depth response from Nande with multiple options across the city. I can’t wait to see this app continue to gain members and add new experiences. The concierge service you get with premium is also very useful and they’re super responsive.
