My two pieces of luggage are missing. They were supposed to be sent to Rome on July 20. Today is July 24, but only one piece of luggage has been received by the hotel. We are now in Italy, and we have to spend time and money to go back to Rome. I still don’t know when the luggage will be delivered. I have set the delivery time several times, but I was deceived every time. What compensation and solution does your company have? I am full of doubts about your company’s control.

This app is a scam. They will only give you address after you pay on the app. I walked a mile in Seattle with my suitcases to the address of a print shop they provided only to find that there was no signage at the address. It was a residential building office and it was closed. I tried to contact nannybag but they have no contact number. You can only message them and they do not reply after a few days. I got a message 2 days later that they have verified with the vendor that it was closed but won’t refund the money to me because “they don’t have proof that i actually went to the vendor address”.. I am just amazed that they are running this open scam. Instead of providing the listed service or being apologetic for customer inconvenience because of their fault, they are only interested in scamming you of your money.. totally avoidable

I made the reservation more than two weeks in advance, they sent me a location to put my luggage and when I arrived at the location, there was no guy inside the establishment, as he was traveling and the employee also did not know about the subject. I returned to the hotel where I had all my bags and suffered a loss of 370.00 ead! I’m Dubai trying contact but nobody answered.

Pour savoir l’adresse, il faut réserver et payer. En arrivant à l’adresse indiquée, l’agence est fermée, personne ne répond aux appels téléphoniques. Aucun assistance de la part de nannybag. 6 euros et 30 minutes de voyages perdu. Très décevant !

Used the app once and got burned.  My family of 6, including two toddlers, took an Uber to the location of our reservation.  We were going to drop off our bags before a day of sightseeing the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.  NannyBag’s location refused to take our bags stating they were no longer a NannyBag location.  Leaving my family standing on the street with all of our bags.  We had to walk three blocks to another location with all of our bags.   I was offered a 30% discount to a service I will never use again.  I deleted the app.

Shows locations that don’t exist on the regular, will give you the wrong directions to existing ones, and doesn’t provide any amenities to actually see opening times at time of last use (march 2025).

Would recommend just walking about on the street in any tourist area and leaving your bags in a tourist guide place that charges for bag storage instead.

They didn’t deliver our bag where indicated, didn’t allow 48 hours for collection. And then 2 months later billed us for excess size when it wasn’t. Never have I been so upset and disappointed with a company. Use anyone else!

I would avoid this service at all costs. They never delivered the bag. They actually shipped it to a different pick-up location and then didn't hold it there for 48 hours as they indicated to us they would. And now today over 2 months later they are trying to invoice me an overage charge for a service they never provided saying the bag they never delivered was oversized. It wasn't. Use Sendmybag instead. Sendmybag was cheaper and actually delivered the bag directly to my son.

This app took my payment and didn’t confirm the email address and sent the QR code to a random email address generated by Apple since I paid with Apple Pay. I have no access to this random email. I can’t change the email. There is no phone number to call for customer service and the messaging portal said less than 10 minute response but no one responded to my message. Use bounce instead.

Expérience très décevante avec Nannybag. La plateforme oblige à payer avant de connaître l’adresse exacte, ce qui manque de transparence. Après paiement, l’adresse indiquée était un Franprix, mais sur place le personnel ne savait rien et a précisé qu’ils acceptaient uniquement les bagages, pas les petits sacs. L’application impose pourtant de choisir un type d’objet à déposer (petit sac, valise ou objet spécial), ce qui est trompeur. Impossible ensuite d’obtenir un remboursement. Service peu fiable, limite tromperie. À utiliser avec la plus grande prudence.

En desastre, no corroboran las direcciones donde se ofrece el guardado. Es una estafa, en Croacia la ubicación no coincidía y di vuelta hasta que di con el lugar y en Venecia, la dirección no existe. Hablas con el soporte y miran para otro lado cero solución. No recomiendo para nada usar esta aplicación, es conveniente para algo más pero conseguir un lugar donde no se va a tener problemas.

J’ai enfin pu profiter de mon dernier jour de voyage à Paris, après la sortie du logement, sans être encombrée de mes valises. Je les ai déposées à 10min à pied (grand choix de lieux), très rapidement grâce à la réservation en ligne, et récupérées tout aussi rapidement et facilement après avoir visité une expo. Je le referai, c’est sûr, et recommande vivement le service !!

Très bon concept et très bonne application qui mériterait vraiment d’être plus connue ! (N’hésitez pas à trouver des façons de vous populariser davantage car c’est une idée vraiment cool !)

Petite suggestion pour l’interface : la page des Réservations à venir semble être triée dans l’ordre dans lequel on a effectué les réservations en ligne. Ça me semblerait plus pertinent de trier par date de dépôt/retrait des valises, de la plus proche à la plus lointaine.

J’ai réservé, dans le désordre, des Nannybag pour juin, juillet et août, et c’est étrange de les voir apparaître dans un ordre non chronologique.

À part ça, très chouette travail dont vos équipes peuvent être fières !
