App gives the option for an unethical minimum wage, is difficult and frustrating to navigate. Among a litany of other flaws.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. The app is available internationally so the salary selection is reflective of worldwide standards; it’s not feasible to have the app reflect international and localized minimum wage laws which are constantly changing. That being said, you will never be matched to a family that’s not willing to pay your minimum salary requirements. In other words, if your minimum salary requirement is $25/hr you will only be matched to families who are willing to pay at least $25/hr. For anyone who has hired a nanny, you will know how hard it is to find the right match. This App removes so much of the guess work from the process and gives you a much higher degree of confidence you have selected the right person to care for the most important people in your life. The insight NannyVerse provided was a great validation that I had selected the right caregiver. This is such an overdue overhaul to the nanny search process and will help so many people !! Thank you so much for creating this technology!!
