The overall design is user friendly and simple. It is easy to navigate around the app especially the design and look of the app with the blue theme. The overall design is simple but sometimes keeping it simple is whats best. It’s easy to get around and the blue color scheme looks cool and inviting. Especially with the nice graphic of the hearing aid on the home page and the app picture itself. You have the sound control and hearing check options at the bottom you can use once you connect your device and a couple more options in the upper right hand corner and that’s really all you need. I would assume that it’s not compatible with all hearing aids though. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t match user manual. *2023-04-06, version 2.0.3* Just like the title says. Pairs with Bluetooth and you can adjust the volume and select one of the four modes but there is no Band section to individual adjust the frequency. No hearing check section, no compression section. The manual states “on the sound control menu, you will find volume, modes, EQ(bands) and compression adjustment which is not there. These are very important steps in having these hearing aids work properly. ### 1/5 — RH Maine *2020-04-06, version 1.0.1* This as product was faulty from day one. After 10 days it stopped working at all. I have called 3 times to get return instructions but have yet to get a response. I wish I could hear my phone through the aids. Says battery last 5 to 8 days but mine only makes it 3 to 4 days. Their customer service is very good and friendly. It's comforting to the eyes. I enjoyed how quick the app responded to my requests, the controls were simple and it was very point blank on how to use the app. I like the options on customizing the volume and also that it has preset nodes.
