## What is NanoPlayer?

NanoPlayer is a lightweight stream URL player. It plays network stream URLs you provide — it does NOT supply, host, or distribute any channels, streams, or media content.

WHAT YOU NEED TO USE THIS APP
You must bring your own legally obtained stream URL (e.g. an HLS stream your organization or service has authorized you to access). Paste the URL into the app to start playing.

- Fixed: with a game controller connected, the app could keep switching between your preset channels on its own.
- New: hold the L2 / R2 triggers on your controller to turn the volume down or up.

- New: Home Screen widget — see what's playing, start your preset channels, and control playback without opening the app.
- Stations that load slowly now start reliably — the app buffers patiently and retries automatically instead of showing "Poor Signal" too early.
- Adding a channel by pasting a direct stream link no longer gets stuck, and stream detection is more accurate.
- Station logos are kept in a long-term cache, so they keep showing even if the original link goes offline.
- Fixes: a crash when typing in the add-channel screen, a hard-to-see spinner in Dark Mode, and the add screen being interrupted by the "Poor Signal" alert.

- Keep the screen awake during playback — no more dimming on audio stations (with an on/off switch in Settings).
- Fullscreen controls now hide automatically after a few seconds.
- You can now add or change a station logo when editing a station you added.
- Station logos now appear on the home preset grid — or switch back to the clean, numbers-only layout in Settings.
- Game controller shoulder buttons can now cycle through your presets.

- Fixed some radio stations that wouldn't play (including certain Shoutcast streams).

- More reliable stream detection when adding a channel.

- Faster search: large playlists no longer lag or stall while you type.
- New “Auto-switch when playback fails” setting (off by default): choose to simply stop, or automatically find a working channel by priority — Presets → Favorites → All channels.
- Long-press a channel in search results to favorite, edit, or delete it.
- Long-press a preset on the Home screen to remove it.
