这个软件一直都在使用，但有一天突然不能用，页面显示包月，会员等费用，但缴上费还是不能用。由于急于跟老外沟通，连续缴了四次还是不能用。要求软件方退款，不給退。这种软件公司对消费者太不负责了，太黑了以后谁还敢用，千万不要用，一不小心就踩坑了，钱就没了。
