Naolib is here to bring together all your mobility options and make travelling a more fluid, simple and committed experience. Ride a bike has never been so simple Open the app and activate the geoloc service to find the nearest station with avalaible bikes. When close to the station, press « release a bike » and pick yours! At the end of your trip you receive a notification on your mobile which confirm that your bike has been properly returned and ask you to share your experience with the users community! En réservant le vélo j’ai eu une popup d’authentification qui s’affiche alors que j’aurais pu gérer cela sur mon trajet vers la borne (je ne savais pas que j’étais déconnecté). Le login ne marchant pas, j’ai du réinitialiser, changer le mot de passe, attendre car aucun retour visuel de confirmation, me connecter sans succès, recommencer… Aucune confirmation à l’écran mais ca a marché cette seconde fois. Résultat : expérience non accompagnante et frustrante. Il serait plus logique de pouvoir s’authentifier en amont et d’afficher une confirmation explicite lorsque la connexion fonctionne. ### 5/5 — Excellente appli *2025-10-05* Facile d’usage, fiable, ils bon marché. Cette dernière version de l’appli est parfaite. Seul défaut, il faut se souvenir du nom qui n’est pas très intuitif. ### 3/5 — Difficile de faire pire ergonomie *2025-09-24* Quand on veut accéder à un vélo Park, on va passer par un chemin digne d’un parcours administratif en Union Sovietique. On s’attendrait à être devant le vélo Park, déclencher la localisation, se voir proposer les offres, valider l’offre et entrer. Ah bah non. Il faut choisir une offre parmi les incompréhensibles offres, puis trouver son parking au libellé incompréhensible et affiché nul part sur le dit parking, puis évidemment être en échec devant le portique. C’est une blague. ### 2/5 — Vélo électrique *2025-08-07, version 3.2.0* Ce serait bien de passer au vélo électrique comme dans la plupart des villes Ou même avec 30 mn gratuits on a le VAE ### 4/5 — Tarifs facturation *2025-08-03, version 3.2.0* Bonjour, comment puis-je être facturé 0,75€ pour 21mn quand il est mentionné gratuit de 0 à 30mn ? D’avance merci ### 2/5 — L’application s’améliore *2025-07-23* Les stations pleines devraient être rouge sur la carte pour inciter les gens à prendre leur Bicloo dedans et améliorer la visibilité. Les récompenses pour vider un station pleine devraient être de 25ct sur le prochain trajet payant, limité à 1x par 24h (contre 10 ridicules centimes actuellement) cela améliorerait peut-être un peu le roulement en station périphériques. Il manque vraiment un système simple pour louer plusieurs vélos avec un compte sur l’application. Le site web pour la location de vélo et ceux pour pour les transports sont cataclysmiques, quelle honte pour la ville de Nantes. ### 4/5 — Caractères trop petit *2025-06-27* Pourriez-vous augmenter la taille des chiffres des nombres de vélos /places disponibles sur la carte ? ### 2/5 — Des bugs et fonctionnalités peu pratiques *2025-06-27* - Pas d’Apple Pay, obligé de rentrer le num de carte - parking vélo sécurisé : obligé de sélectionner une station de recharge alors qu’on a pas de VAE, le bouton n’est même pas grisé mais ne fait rien. - le support est parfois la carte Libertan, parfois l’application. Pas pratique franchement surtout si je n’ai pas de carte Tan. - UX pas claire : pour les parking vélo quand « 0/20 » est indiqué on ne comprend pas si 0 place disponible ou si 0 vélo garé. - le code a 6 chiffres c’est 0 en terme de cyber, FaceID ?
