### 1/5 — Developers Should Read

*2026-06-29, version 2.3*

I’ve had this app for several weeks. Not once have I been able to open the thing. It gets stuck at “verifying you are human”. It deserves 0 stars since I can’t even use the app, but oh well.

### 1/5 — App No longer available - then delete it from the App Store already!!

*2026-06-22, version 2.3*

Last up date was 8 years ago. open to all to find its ‘no longer available’.
Then why is it still listed on the App Store ??

### 1/5 — Manager

*2026-05-27, version 2.3*

This app is useless and waste of my time

### 1/5 — Why is this still in the App Store, if it doesn't exist anymore?

*2026-05-26, version 2.3*

It's really nice that this app is still in the App Store, that way it lets you find it and download it and install it, only to open it up for it to say that the NAPA app is no longer available, and to please use their website. 🙄

### 1/5 — Napa app

*2026-05-24, version 2.3*

No longer available!!! What happened to it?

### 1/5 — App no longer available.

*2026-05-11, version 2.3*

Why allow the download in the App Store at all? When you open the app it says it’s no longer available and to visit the website

### 1/5 — Is it working?

*2026-05-04, version 2.3*

I downloaded this app and it says no longer available. The websites link takes you to the App Store and it won’t work once it’s downloaded.

### 1/5 — No longer available for NAPA.

*2026-05-01, version 2.3*

App is no longer supported!!!

### 1/5 — Why did you kill the app?

*2026-04-29, version 2.3*

Why did you kill the app?

### 1/5 — Not supported by NAPA anymore

*2026-04-16, version 2.3*

Don’t waste your time- this app will just tell you it is no longer supported and is completely unusable. Don’t understand why NAPA hasn’t removed it from the App Store. It’s even less usable than their website, which is both terrible and a bit impressive.

### 1/5 — Remove the app

*2026-04-10, version 2.3*

I install the app to make my life easier and I’m met with a screen that says the app is no longer available. Take it off the store if it’s not available

### 1/5 — App unavailable

*2026-03-27, version 2.3*

This app isn’t available to use and directs me to your website. It does me no good nor does it help your customers especially when your parts look up has lots of discrepancies for parts that actually fit my vehicle. It’s time to double check records so you don’t keep losing money for parts returns. My truck is. 2014 gmc sierra 1500 so the parts are hit or miss which makes it critical when I buy the wrong one that your system said was right and your company is the only parts store within 30+ miles of me and I need my truck. Very unreliable. I’d rather spend more somewhere else for reassurance that I don’t keep getting the wrong parts because your unreliable system says it’s the right part.

### 1/5 — Dead app

*2026-03-23, version 2.3*

Only gives you message that app no longer works and you must use the website

### 1/5 — No long available

*2026-03-22, version 2.3*

The app is no longer available shouldn’t be on App Store

### 1/5 — Please fix your app

*2026-03-10, version 2.3*

Great store. App is worse than horrible. It’s like a bad browser that calls up the webpage. Napa, fire your programmers. You’re better off with no app at all.

### 1/5 — Will not even open

*2026-03-07, version 2.3*

Deleted and reinstalled just to make sure. The malicious bot verification just spins forever. When I switch over to the website, the verification takes a minute but advances. This never does. The tech side of sales has always been poor, despite a superior auto parts product.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2026-03-07, version 2.3*

Just go to the website. This app is the worst. I’ve tried using it for a couple of years, if you are an IT person, please apply for a job. They need the help. Just go to the website. It works better (not great)

### 1/5 — Obsolete

*2026-02-27, version 2.3*

This app no longer is on use.

### 1/5 — Abandoned app

*2026-02-01, version 2.3*

No longer supported

### 1/5 — App is no longer available

*2026-01-26, version 2.3*

I went to the app to buy some parts I needed for my car but upon opening the app it said that the app was no longer available but you could still look up parts by going to a link that they provided but the link doesn’t work! Apparently NAPA doesn’t want anyone’s business anymore!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stopped working completely on 2 different iPads

*2026-08-29, version 2.3*

I used to use Napa for a lot of parts mostly because of the convenience of the app but I don’t order anymore because the app won’t get past the cloudfare security check for almost a year now. I tried all the suggested fixes including removal and reinstall, but it just doesn’t work. All my other alps work fine , like Autozone, O’Riely, and Advanced Auto, so I’ve been going to them.

### 1/5 — Don't download it's a scam

*2026-08-15, version 2.3*

I downloaded this app thinking it was the Napa app and it charged my card for $147.01. BE AWARE

### 1/5 — No longer available

*2026-08-04, version 2.3*

App is no longer available and provides a link to go to their website.

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2026-07-30, version 2.3*

It does not work. After downloading it gets hung up in cloudflare verification.

### 1/5 — NO LONGER ACTIVE

*2026-07-25, version 2.3*

App is no longer available. Online only

### 1/5 — Junk

*2026-07-18, version 2.3*

This app is JUNK at least on Guam. The “verification” process takes way too long, and in the end, it just doesn’t work.
ITS JUNK AND I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!
TOTAL FAILURE!

### 1/5 — Not sure the app exists?

*2026-07-15, version 2.3*

Freshly downloaded it on a new phone. Opened it and…. For ten minutes it’s been stuck “performing security validation” to make sure I’m not a bot.
NAPA is where you go when you need parts AND might need advice. They’re legendary for giving detailed advice on any engine ever made. Unfortunately this deduction doesn’t extend to their app coders. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re coding with AI.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-07-10, version 2.3*

Stuck on bot check

### 1/5 — App no longer works

*2026-07-08, version 2.3*

The NAPA App Is No Longer Available.

### 1/5 — App no longer works

*2026-07-02, version 2.3*

NAPA no longer supports the app and redirects you to their website. Don’t waste your time downloading.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works Great

*2021-07-24, version 2.3*

Works great I order on the app and pick up in store its great to just run to the counter order ready grab and go style!!! Saves Tons of Time!!!

### 5/5 — The App works great!

*2020-11-15, version 2.3*

The app loads quick and responds quickly, I have my car saved in the area asking for Year, Make and model it lines me up with direct fit parts that is specifically for my vehicle and not “universal call the store for more details” option.

### 5/5 — Very easy to use!!

*2020-10-21, version 2.3*

Have had no problem using the app. User friendly and very detailed in description.

### 5/5 — Great app for a great store

*2020-04-15*

I’ve been going to NAPA a lot recently and this app has helped me out a lot. I’m able to look up what I need before I go and know if they have it and if it’s the right fit for my vehicle. You can have multiple vehicles to saved to switch between to make it easy to find parts. The rewards program is also very understandable and simple to use. I have yet to have a complaint about this app other than its occasionally a tad slow. Defiantly deserved 5 out of 5 stars.

### 5/5 — I buy a lot of auto parts.

*2019-10-12*

NAPA, and the NAPA App are different than all other part stores. The employees know cars and trucks. You’d think auto part stores would want their employees to know at least the basics about what they sell, but my experience with shopping at other stores leaves me disappointed 9 times out of 10.
Not so at NAPA. The employees know and recommend what part I need and always give me options for quality and price.

### 5/5 — Solid app

*2018-03-11, version 2.3*

Easy to navigate, easy to order, easy to pick up. You won’t find any complaints over here.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2017-06-06, version 2.2*

I love the NAPA app. I'm surprised to see all of the negative reviews. I have all of my vehicles saved and anytime I need to order it's easy and simple and all I have to do is pick it up at the store

### 4/5 — Just a little outdated

*2023-10-04*

I have used this app for almost 15 minutes and have managed to be overly frustrated with UI elements moving around and the promo at the top of the screen taking extra Time to load, so when I click on the search bar it seems to think I clicked on the promo instead of the search. Or when I click on the search and it get moved I have to start all over again.

I know it’s just the app bc the website has great functionality and doesn’t have any issues or bugs as the app does. Only downside is you have to make sure your car shows up when first opened the website witch doesn’t always happen.

Overall I recommend using the website, maybe even adding a shortcut to the homepage instead of using there app. I would definitely still recommend Napa just not the app.

### 4/5 — Small bugs

*2019-08-21, version 2.3*

Product image doesn’t load and if you click it, you can go back. Also when u go back from product to search results, it refreshes so you have to start over and type again

### 4/5 — Phone number lookup failure

*2019-03-19*

I’ve had a membership with NAPA for years; today for some reason the system could not find my phone number. I generally like their app, and the ability to keep data for my family’s vehicles in it.
Nice graphics.
Good search lookup.
Fast.
A little difficult to do after market re-engineering for old cars; like my 1976 MGB V-8. The algorithm for whether or not the part I want is ok. I try to make improvements to mine to keep their safety up-to-date. But some parts just weren’t conceived of when these MGB’s were made.
