The updated app is even worse than the previous app. If you scroll up it clear your search and if you add something to your cart the app becomes unresponsive. Come on guys, you have good auto parts but your developers for your app suck. I like it, it works, you fixed the notes section - thank you. The two issue that I have noticed as of today are: 1.) if you click any .pdf file and when it opens there is no way to close it. This happens on the Deals .pdf’s and the warranty .pdf’s for individual parts. Currently I have to close the app and start all over to get back to where I was. 2.) if I go to different app other than the Napa app, sometimes I just get a white screen when going back to the Napa app. This happens when cross referencing something in my browser or YouTube app and the I try to go back to the Napa app that was already open. Again, I have to close the app completely and start all over again. Plz fix this asap!!! Bring back the old one ### 1/5 — Bring back the notes section back *2024-01-30, version 2.5.1* We used the app so much before and actually went to O’Riley’s due to we can’t keep up with the owners of the vehicles scanned because we cannot write the notes section anymore… it’s costing Napa due to changes. ### 1/5 — New update vin scan *2024-01-29, version 2.5.1* There is no place to put a note when you use the VIN scan. This is very important for our business. I found a place that you can add it afterwards but is is more convenient and important to add when you scan the vehicle. And the app is not user friendly. Neither is the website. ### 2/5 — New update needs more work *2024-01-26, version 2.5.1* This new update is great when it comes to scanning VINs but when it comes time to make a note of something there’s no where to implement. Most of the time it was hard to look up parts for a vehicle before the update and you would type in the license plate number, and sometimes the vehicle would come up, sometimes it wouldn’t load anything at all even with full service device. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This Is Ridiculous! *2026-07-21, version 2.5.50.8* I use this app everyday for work. Don’t get me wrong, this works pretty well on a laptop/pc. But don’t get me started about trying to use this on a mobile device. The app will freeze when you try add items to the cart, or click something too quickly. THIS NEEDS FIXED!!! ### 1/5 — Read the reviews and improve your product! *2026-07-05, version 2.5.50.8* The set up process is exhaustingly difficult as they require invoice numbers in amounts for the last two weeks to even be able to set up your account with the app, but it never recognizes them so you can't even get it set up. If you want to order from cv shafts for a Silverado and be asked if it’s four wheel drive. This is the app for you. Lately I can’t even get logged into the app. I have taken a video showing the issue I keep having when logging in, maybe someone important will see this review and contact me and I can send them the video I took.
