NapBest listens for the moment you actually fall asleep using your Apple Watch's sleep data. The moment sleep is detected, your timer starts automatically. No guessing. No fumbling with a timer when you're already drowsy.

MANUAL MODE
No Apple Watch? No problem. Set your duration, tap Start, and put your phone down. NapBest handles the rest.

SCIENCE-BACKED DURATIONS
Choose from four research-based nap lengths:
• 20 min — Power nap. Light sleep only, zero grogginess.
• 30 min — Recovery nap. Boosts alertness and mood.
• 90 min — Full sleep cycle. Memory consolidation and creativity.
• 2 hrs — Extended rest. Deep regeneration.
Or set your own custom duration from 5 to 240 minutes.
