### 4/5 — It's Good :)

*2017-04-02, version 1.4.2*

It's Good enough and thanks now I know how to be a better hacker! :D

### 4/5 — Perfect for mobile code reading.

*2016-12-31*

Best in biz for code reading, available as in app purchase. Supports native syntax highlighting for multiple languages (add Elixir pls?), unlike the other five clients I tried, which just renders code in HTML.

Also does not force full credentials if you are just using it for code browsing, unlike others.

Currently the app might need a bit more love in fixing the broken trending view, improve the design (get rid of these strange none-flat elements)

### 4/5 — great app, needs search

*2015-10-12*

This is the best app I found for github browsing. Very elegant design and look. Some reviewers mentioned the lack of editing. More urgently, a basic search that would allow the user to find variables etc. in large code bases or long files would be a plus. Great work!

### 4/5 — Useful but could use improvements

*2015-08-04, version 1.4.1*

I mostly use this to read code during my commute and it has served me well. However, there are a couple of things that bother me. 1) switching between files means that I lose my spot - makes a quick reference to an imported module costly. 2) there's a white bar on the side of the screen that ruins the dark themes. 3) horizontal view does not increase the view width due to the non collapsing sidebar.

Things that would be nice to have: an edit option with the ability to push changes.

Overall I think this does a better job than most in allowing code to be easily read. Could be amazing with an edit and some git commands

### 4/5 — Great, but...

*2014-09-21*

One thing, please add the ability to fork and access your forked repos.

Other than that, I enjoy using Napcat!

### 4/5 — Great for viewing code

*2014-02-18, version 1.3.1*

This app is great for viewing code, the syntax highlighting is great, as are the color schemes.

My only complaint, really more of a recommendation, would be to include a text editor, and the ability to commit changes...

### 3/5 — Why not let us preview themes?

*2013-11-27*

How do i know if it's worth $3 if i cant see what im buying?

### 5/5 — Exactly What I Needed

*2013-11-19*

This app is the only one of it's kind producing a new 'look' on GitHub. The top rated GitHub apps are very puny compared to this one. Great design, and great user experience!

### 5/5 — Downloads

*2013-10-26, version 1.3.0*

Still times out with large projects sometimes and i usually have to keep the app in focus for it to complete

### 5/5 — Awesome implementation

*2013-07-01, version 1.1.0*

Great app! Congrats to the developer.

A feature request: Could you add support for markdown files too?

### 5/5 — This is cool

*2013-04-24, version 1.0.0*

The only thing bad about this app is that you can't explore issues. Otherwise, superb

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Crash app

*2017-01-31*

After I click download, try to open it, it crashed.
Second, I hope I could zoom in out the code, or change code font

### 1/5 — Unable to show pages

*2016-10-10*

For some reason the app navigation just breaks down and it can't show the content of normal project pages (that otherwise show fine on regular web browsers)

### 1/5 — Full version doesn't work

*2016-02-05*

You can browse github with chrome, this app barely functions, and does not do what it says.
I am unable to view any private repositories and since this is the Crapple store I can't get an automatic refund.
Don't purchase, code hub is much better if you want to download a repo, though still not what I need personally.

### 1/5 — Crashes constantly

*2014-01-07, version 1.3.0*

Just downloaded, crashes searching for code. Every time. Uninstalling.

### 1/5 — Bait and switch

*2013-08-11*

Only useful if purchase pro version, and this is not clear with pricing until you want to do anything of use.

### 1/5 — Less stable than Gary Busey

*2013-05-01*

Crashes when attempting to use personalized items.

### 2/5 — Bad app, poor implementation.

*2013-05-06, version 1.0.0*

Does not allow to search by author/owner, and most pages do not load, instead giving obscure NSUrl errors. Cant see why anybody would want to buy the pro version.

### 2/5 — Needs improvement

*2013-04-24*

Crashes when user wants to see person activities.

And it wont open source files which contains non-english characters it says it cant open binary files.

### 3/5 — Reads online or off; doesn't write

*2015-04-27*

It does what it says. You can read and you can have it download to offline storage. However there is no editing. I want to edit on flights. No go.

### 3/5 — Crashing

*2014-01-21*

I like the interface but I concur with Steve Crow, it crashes seemingly on large search results. Very frustrating.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Almost nice app

*2017-12-01*

Thanks for the app. Could you please add Swift language :)

### 5/5 — please upgrade the app to remember the selected format

*2017-04-28*

It is a good app but when opening a file that not correctly recognized , I have to manually choose the format. That is fine, but I want to let the app remember the option I selected and plz implement this function!

### 5/5 — Does exactly what it says with no complications

*2016-02-16*

It has syntax highlighting, UI make sense and was easy to use, doesn't crash.

### 5/5 — Great

*2015-06-27, version 1.4.1*

Great for reading through docs and exploring new code, but I wish there were an easier way to star/unstar repos.

### 5/5 — So good

*2015-04-26*

I want to marry it.

### 5/5 — Get this if you enjoy browsing GitHub repos with iPad

*2015-03-18*

This app is great for browsing GitHub repos with your iPad. It has a great UI and I really like the ability to be able to take the contents of a repository offline within the app. I've tried several of the GitHub apps for iPad and I like this one the best. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — 10/10

*2015-01-13*

I saw that there was no review. I feel like as a developer my self, a 5 star would make my day. Good app goo app.

### 5/5 — Problem after update!

*2014-09-21*

With the update, search no longer finds my public repositories for "zelah". Hope you will fix this soon!

### 5/5 — Great interface

*2014-01-03, version 1.3.0*

Great for reading code on the go

### 5/5 — Good

*2013-12-17, version 1.3.0*

A offline GitHub code viewer.
