## What is NapCoach?

When you're tired, the hardest question is simple: when should your baby sleep next?

NapCoach analyzes the sleep and feeds you log and shows what comes next. See the next nap, follow a daily plan that adjusts as the day changes, and ask the AI assistant about your child's routine.

With NapCoach you can:
• track naps, night sleep and feeds
• see today's status and the next sleep
• adjust the plan as the day changes
• review history and trends
• share your child's data with a second parent or caregiver
• play calming sounds
• use the built-in monitor with on-device camera and microphone processing

Premium unlocks the full daily plan, AI guidance and additional features. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. The exact offer, localized price and renewal period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

NapCoach provides information about sleep and routines. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat conditions. The monitor does not replace adult supervision. Camera images and microphone audio are processed only on your device and are not uploaded.

What’s new in this version:

• Every sleep and feed you log is now confirmed by a banner — how long your child had been awake, how long the record lasted, how long since the last feed — with undo and add-comment right there.
• Tap a bar in the trends chart to read that day in full: total, night, day and norm. The chart itself has been redrawn.
• The day plan now says how far the totals fall outside the age norm, instead of just “above norm”.
• Copy about your child now uses the correct gender.
• Widgets and Live Activity: stopping a sleep reaches the server right away, and the card shows that the tap is being processed.
• In history a swipe deletes the record immediately, with no extra confirmation, and the edit icon no longer sits under the delete panel.
• Onboarding and chat are tidier: clearer buttons, readable message bubbles and a cleaner welcome card.
