New app is great!
The new version of the app (2024) works like a charm and my pizza is always amazing. Authentic Naples pizza in Ohio!!
Service appears to have improved.
It appears the store has approved and services over the years since the app as launched. Upon placing my first order, I drove over to the store and it was ready for pick up within the timeframe that I was told it would be ready. As for the pizza, the taste was delicious. One criticism I have is that they don’t offer an option where you can create your own pizza.
Another is that they don’t offer pineapple as an additional ingredient, which I like. If I were to use this app again in the future, I would like to see those options available.

App totally broken
As a mobile developer I’m really disappointed in the fact that they can’t get an app this simple to work. Will not even except my order so I am deleting it from my phone.
Non functional
App is completely non functional. Can’t sign in. Can’t see menu. Can’t order pizza. Total garbage.

I expected a DLM app to show me the week’s club deals and offer other cooked orders.
Please DLM, download the excellent Whole Foods App, and make that your model.
