NapNap App helps you sleep better by quietly tracking your heart rate overnight. 
If your heart spikes or stress rises, it gently vibrates to help you settle. 
Wake up refreshed with clear insights into your sleep quality.

Choose your own heart rate limits and let NapNap watch over your rest. 
If your heart starts racing during a nightmare, gentle wrist vibrations help ease you back into peaceful sleep, without waking you fully.

No data is transmitted. All data is stored locally on your Apple Watch.
Once downloaded, this app can be used offline, anytime, anywhere.
