Deleted and reinstalled the app which fixed that. However, that does not fix the terrible UI and constant Bluetooth disconnects. (Even when within a few feet of the transmitter) ### 1/5 — ACCU-PROBE *2018-12-25, version 2.2* I’m having the same issues as the previous review. When you go to pair the probe with the app, it shuts the app down. Is Napoleon going to do something to fix this? The probes work, but you have to hover over the thermostat to make sure you don’t over-cook. L’ancienne version de l’app fonctionnant parfaitement et différenciait les sondes par couleur. Maintenant on voit des numéros sur l’application pour les sondes. Très difficile de s’y retrouver. Je déteste tout simplement la nouvelle version et arrête de l’utiliser dès maintenant ### 1/5 — Previous version was way better *2021-08-30, version 3.0.1* This new version is really bad. Cannot have count up timer and temperature on same screen. Lost all my settings. Really poor update. And we can’t go back! Go do your homework. And speak to people who use this for real. This so called update is akin to a Trudeau decision with the mess that comes with its application. ### 1/5 — Bad app design *2021-06-02, version 2.3* I am a developer and can tell you the app was poorly designed. Bluetooth disconnects and even worst, all historic data is lost when its disconnected ir app closed. Then I noticed the app had been updated so I gave it another try. Now I prefer this over all my other products! There were a few crashes when it first was released but they seem to be issuing regular updates. Works perfect for me now. Better than my others. ### 5/5 — Accu Probe excellent for bbq *2020-06-29* Great way to safely cook meat on bbq excellent bit of kit and App ### 5/5 — Disappointing App *2019-04-16, version 2.2* Can’t believe our infamous Napoleon could put out a BBQ probe and app of such low quality. Bluetooth shuts down after a couple minutes no matter how close or far from the probe. Multiple resets do not help. A very poor design. Do not recommend this product or app. ZERO STARS. Tried the probe on my iPad 6 and managed to keep the Bluetooth paired for almost 10 minutes before it disconnected. Note: the probe was in a chicken in an oven in the house with phone and iPad within 15 feet. Zero Stars once more. Customer service said phone is trying to connect to another blue tooth device and can disconnect from the Probe base. I took every Bluetooth device offline and tried again with the same, dismal results. A useless App. Wow. Napoleon really stepped up for us. Sent us a new probe which work perfectly with Bluetooth and their app. And that’s why I always give Napoleon my business first. But keep crashing when pairing Bluetooth with IPhone X. Do something to correct the problem. But working on IPad 6th gen. No issue with sync to my phone or any issue with app crashing as the other reviews said. One thing I had to cringe at a bit is the default for all the probe settings is for beef well done.
