## What is Napoleon Patience?

Napoleon Patience is a challenging solitaire card game for players who enjoy strategy, planning, and thoughtful moves.

Unlike many traditional solitaire games, success depends not only on luck but also on careful planning. Analyze the layout, choose the right strategy, free blocked rows, and move all cards to the foundation piles.

At the beginning of each game, study the card layout carefully and decide whether you want to build cards upward or downward. Only the outer cards of the eight horizontal rows can be moved. These cards can be placed in ascending or descending order, matching the same suit – hearts on hearts, spades on spades, and so on.

The auxiliary card rows help you solve the game by providing additional possibilities. Cards can only be moved individually from the outside inward and used strategically to free blocked rows. The cellar provides an additional temporary space for a card that is blocking your progress and can be reused later.

Every move matters. Think ahead, create free spaces, unlock new rows, and gradually build complete card families on the foundation piles.
