That being said, I like this game. Very deep strategic and operational decisions await you as you play, and I think it gives a nice feel for combat in the era. The learning curve is not to steep, and once learned the game flows nicely. The naval and diplomatic rules flesh the game out, and the grand campaign will put you right in the polished boots of the outlaw general. My only real complaint is that I feel the manual could be better written. Still gets 5 stars. P.S. Carrier Battles is one of favorites also. A gem in the app store. Still struggling with the tutorial, trying to understand better forced march and other game mechanics, but this is a real gift. Unfortunately the latest patch (as of 3-29-2025) has made the game unplayable with massive graphic glitches. Hopefully the developer will fix it. Les temps de chargements sont d’une longueurs affolantes et le jeu crash par moment en pleine campagne. Du potentiel mais en l’état actuel le je n’est pas aboutit. ### 2/5 — Good But Very Buggy *2024-05-15* I love War And Peace and this game faithfully adapts most of the rules from the wargame. The only thing the game is missing is a Fog Of War mechanic. Edit: After putting in about 30+ hours I’ve now changed my review after seeing that this game is actually filled to the brim with bugs and overall terrible optimization with crashes and freezes happening very frequently on certain levels and plethora of smaller bugs that makes the game very hard to play. So in it’s current state I’m only going to give it 2 stars. **Developer response:** Thank you for the review. Th perfect time to raise your voice :-) ### 4/5 — Good game *2025-09-24* Enjoying playing other players …ai is very slow on my iPad . Crashes but loads back up after wards and restores the game. Only complaint is ai needs to be quicker. Maybe a time limit option for online games turn time like axis and allies .. all in all a really good game recreates my war and peace board game nicely! ### 4/5 — Bon jeu mais améliorations possibles *2025-08-04* J’aime beaucoup le jeu qui est intéressant à prendre en main. Je ne connaissais pas le jeu de plateau mais j’ai deux remarques: 1/ encore quelques bugs et surtout des crash avec un temps de chargement parfois assez long. 2/ plusieurs scénarios ne permettent pas de jouer contre l’AI. C’est dommage car par définition on joue souvent seul!! Le concepteur pourrait il y remédier? Merci d’avance! Car dès lors il méritera 5 étoiles! **Developer response:** Créer une IA pour jeu s'est révélé plus ardu que prévu. Cela a été fait pour les scénarios de quelques mois. Il reste 1813 qui est prévu. Le temps de chargement est toujours important la première fois.
