Easy to miss things. Could be a messaging system in the app to communicate with families rather than text too. Families often don’t include wanting earlier or later times so cancel when you can’t go with their need for flexibility when never wrote that in gig details. Cancellation policy for families cancelling last minute or sitter illness is not right either. Don’t want to get kids sick so if suddenly get flu, shouldn’t be charged.
