Adoro o Napper! Ele me ajuda muito no dia a dia com meu filho. Depois que nos tornamos mães, é muito comum ficarmos mais esquecidas e sobrecarregadas, e o aplicativo me ajuda a manter um controle de coisas que fazem toda diferença na rotina: quantas fraldas foram trocadas, se o bebê fez cocô, qual foi o último peito e até o revezamento das mamadas.

Também gosto muito das sugestões de janela de sono e de sonecas. Claro que cada bebê é único e essas informações são apenas referências, mas elas dão uma ótima direção e ajudam a gente a entender melhor os sinais do bebê e ficar atenta à rotina.

Outro recurso que adoro é o gráfico de acompanhamento de peso e altura. É muito útil poder registrar e acompanhar esse desenvolvimento dentro do próprio aplicativo.

Quero reforçar uma sugestão que já fiz anteriormente: seria incrível ter sugestões de brincadeiras e atividades adequadas para cada fase do bebê. Também seria muito interessante ter um espaço para registrar as vacinas já tomadas, consultas pediátricas, saltos de desenvolvimento e outras informações importantes.

Acho que, com esses recursos, o Napper poderia se tornar muito mais do que um aplicativo de sono: poderia ser um verdadeiro diário completo do bebê, reunindo em um só lugar toda a rotina, cuidados, desenvolvimento e acompanhamento da criança.

Eu inclusive paguei pelo aplicativo e considero que vale muito a pena. Amo usar o Napper e acredito que essas melhorias deixariam a experiência ainda mais completa para nós, mães.

This is hands down the best app to track everything with our first baby… my husband and I could easily log naps and feedings so we can both step in at anytime and pick right up where the other left off. My brain was so discombobulated after giving birth, this was SO easy to track and everything and keep timers… Napper made our days infinitely smoother.. we stayed on time, she get all of her naps. Heaven. 10/10
