One tap to start a sleep timer, one tap to stop; that’s exactly what you need when you’re running on three hours of sleep and holding a baby with one hand. The family sync feature was huge for us. My husband could see what was logged without me having to give a full report every time he walked in the room. Grandparents can also be added, which came in handy on the days we needed backup. SleepSense is genuinely impressive once it learns your baby’s rhythm; the nap predictions got accurate surprisingly fast and helped us stop guessing. The Lumi AI assistant is also a nice touch when you just want a quick answer like “how many feeds did she have today?” without digging through charts. Clean design, no annoying upsell popups, and the free version covers way more than most competing apps. Premium is reasonably priced too. The interface is simple and quick to use, which is really important when you’re caring for a baby. I also really like that my doula can use the app with her own account so we can stay coordinated.
