يساعدك تطبيق نقد في معرفة الصفات القوية الخاصة بك بالاضافة الى اماكن الضعف لديك ليتم تحسينها من خلال تلقي النقد من موظفيك وأصدقائك بطريقة خاصة. ”هو وسيلة لتبادل ردود الفعل في مكان العمل دون معرفة المرسل، يتيح تطبيق نقد الآن للمستخدمين “الحصول على نقد من زملاء العمل والأصدقاء”.
تحتاج إلى إنشاء حساب على تطبيق نقد لتكون قادراً على إعطاء و تلقي ردود الفعل بشكل متخفي. بمجرد تسجيل الدخول إلى التطبيق، يمكنك البحث عن الآخرين الذين قد تعرفهم، وإرسال رسائل لهم دون الكشف عن الهوية.
