## What is NAQLERA?

Run every shipment, driver and vehicle from one app.

NAQLERA is the field app for transport and logistics companies. Drivers, dispatchers, workshop technicians, safety officers, storekeepers, accountants and managers all work from the same live data: no paper trip sheets, no photos lost in chat, no month-end reconciliation.

LIVE TRIPS & TRACKING
• Accept assigned trips and run them step by step
• Live route map with ETA and distance left
• Geofenced pickup and drop-off points
• Every status change timestamped, from assignment to unloading
• Proof of delivery with photos

DISPATCH
• Assign truck and driver to each order in one slide
• SLA timers so late trips surface before the customer calls
• Daily schedule and at-risk shipments in one queue

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
• Pre-trip inspections with photo and voice-note evidence
• Vehicle inspections started by scanning a QR code
• Accident reports filed from the scene
• Traffic violations and driver training

MAINTENANCE & WORKSHOP
• Report a vehicle issue from the roadside
• Work orders with tasks, odometer readings and job timers
• Spare-part requests and stock

FINANCE & APPROVALS
• Expense claims with receipt capture
• Multi-step approval chains, confirmed with Face ID
• Fuel limits, cash advances and driver wallet

FOR EVERY ROLE
Each person sees the screens their role allows, the same as on the NAQLERA web dashboard. Administrators change access without an app update.

ARABIC AND ENGLISH
A complete right-to-left Arabic interface, not a partial translation.

LOCATION IN THE BACKGROUND
NAQLERA uses your location to record trip routes, confirm arrival at pickup and drop-off sites, and let dispatchers follow a live shipment, including when the app is closed. Tracking runs only during an active assigned trip, and only after you allow it.

NOTE
NAQLERA requires a company account. Sign in with the company name and the credentials your administrator issued.
