## What is Nara?

Most pregnancy workout apps hand you a video and hope it fits. Nara asks how you are first, then builds today's session around the answer.

THIRTY SECONDS, THEN A SESSION THAT FITS
Each morning Nara asks how you slept and what's bothering you. Lower back aching? Pelvis sore? Barely slept? The session changes. Feeling good? It uses the good day. Nothing generic, nothing you have to scroll past.

BUILT AROUND YOUR WEEK, NOT YOUR TRIMESTER
All 40 weeks are mapped. As your body changes, movements that stop being right for you are quietly removed — no lying flat after week 16, no deep twists, no breath holding. You never have to look up whether something is safe, because the ones that aren't never reach you. Every rule was written with prenatal physiotherapists.

A COACH THAT ALREADY KNOWS YOUR WEEK
Ask anything. The coach knows how far along you are, how you've been feeling and what's in today's plan, so you never start by explaining yourself. Ask why these movements, what changes next week, or what helps a sore back tonight.

A DIARY WORTH READING BACK
A mood, what your body did, a line about the day. Thirty seconds each evening turns into something you'll want to read after the birth.

Nara asks about the conditions that mean exercise needs your doctor's sign-off, and if any apply, it says so instead of handing you a workout. Every session opens with the signs that mean stop and call your midwife.

Nara is not medical advice and is not a substitute for your midwife or doctor. Talk to them before starting any exercise in pregnancy, and stop anything that hurts.

Nara requires a subscription. A free trial is available on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
